Mr. Fix, You forgot that prior to disconnecting the battery most vehicles require a OBD2 memory save unit so that the CPU settings will be retained without tedious reprogramming. That step saves a lot of aggravation after the work is complete.

For $20 you could have bought a leather steering wheel cover on Ebay that is all ready cut and the holes are pre-punched. Save a lot of time and work, just stitch it up. I did mine this way and looks better than a home made one. Just sayin... And you soak them in water before installing and stitching so they stretch and when they dry they shrink and are super tight. :)

Just a comment regarding the clock spring. On its interior, the clockspring has a lot of turns of flexible conducting tape. Flex PCB like. I saw a lot of people turning this device to one side or another while the steering wheel is not in place, resulting usually in posterior damage by cutting those conducting lines just by turning the wheel when it's assembled again. You'll always want to take into account that the clock spring has no brushes but a number of turns of conductor rolled inside to warrant the airbag and electronics continuous connection. Sorry for my grammar, my English is a work in progress!

WTF is this millimeter shit? Speak imperial next time. And don't forget to mention that disconnecting a battery requires the owner to have to reset alot of should mention a memory saver. You're guilty of alot of your videos where you tell your audience to disconnect the battery to their car without advising them that they will have to reset some features that the computer no longer saved...lastly, slow down, your narrative is 100 mph. Teach your audience with a slower pace of diction.
